Adult Millennials range in age from 18 to 31, and were the first generation to reach the age of 18 in the new millennium. They're ethnically diverse, educated and technologically inclined. Millennials are the second largest generation behind Baby Boomers, born between 1946 and 1964. Despite the economic conditions for this group, they remain an important consumer target.
According to digital market research company comScore, Millennials have a current purchasing power of $170 billion, which most likely will grow as this group advances in their careers. This report explains who they are, what they earn, where they live and how they use technology. Also included is a breakout of affluent Millennials, those ages 18 to 31 who have household incomes of $100,000 or more.
