Seventy-nine percent of full-line furniture stores carry outdoor furniture year-round, while 21% carry it seasonally. According to responding retailers, the main reason for selling outdoor furniture year-round is having a climate conducive to being outdoors all year.

Casual Living’s 2018 Furniture Store Survey explores outdoor furniture merchandise mix data within the full-line furniture store channel. Data reflects the fiscal year ending closest to December 31, 2017. The findings contained in this report are qualitative in nature.
