Kitchen textiles and table linens are getting a healthy does of vitamins and minerals from trends in cooking and dining. Customers have never been more inspired to embrace gastronomy — entertaining at home, baking homemade foods, brewing their own craft beers, picking organic vegetables and fruits, watching cooking TV shows, becoming more in touch with what they eat and how they prepare their meals.
To feed their frenzy, they need to stock up on kitchen textiles and table linens, which explains the 1.6% increase in category sales to $2.17 billion in 2017.
