Furniture/Today’s exclusive 2011 Bedding Distribution Report reveals 2010 bedding market share through seven distribution channels. Figures are based on 2010 retail sales of conventional mattresses and box springs, as well as foam bedding, futons, airbeds, adjustable beds and waterbeds.
